AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277. N.S.

From the R -1, One Family Residential District to the "O ",
Open Space District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -1, One Family Residential District
to "O ", Open Space District, all the real property situate within the City of
Alameda as described below:
Lots 1 -2 -32 & 41 & that por. of lots 5 & 21 E of the County Road
& lots 13-- 14- 15- 17 -18 -19 & 20 also E 166 ft. of Lot 16 & the W 165 ft
of lot 16, contg. approx. 203 acres in Sec. 19 TP 25 R 3W Map Tide
Land Survey, and more particularly known as Alameda Municipal Golf Course.
SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 95 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of February, 1977, by the following

AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
