WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, N.S.

Administrative - Professional, Government owned or controlled,
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -5, General Apartment District,
to A -P -G, Administrative - Professional, Government owned or controlled,
District, all the real property situate within the City of Alameda as
described below:

Center In. of 6th St. th S 191.30 ft. to a pt. of beg. th

SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 97 to Ordinance No. 1277,
N. S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of March, 1977, by the following vote

President Corica, (5).
