AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 13 -1102 AND REPEALING SUBSECTION (k) OF
SECTION 13 -1105 THEREOF, RELATING TO IN LIEU
LICENSE FEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Section 13 -1102 of the Alameda Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13 -1102 Excluded Persons required to pay
license fees under Sections 13 -195, 13 -197, 13 -1913,
13 -1914, 13 -1919, 13 -1920, 13 -1922, 13 -1926, 13 -1931,
13 -1938 and persons with no previous years' gross
receipts shall not pay in lieu fees under this article_
Section 2 . Subsection (k) of Section 13 -1105 of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
