AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, N.S.
Alameda Housing Authority R 77 -9
From the R -2, Two Family Residential District and h1 -1 -PD,
Intermediate Industrial District with a Planned Develop-
ment overlay, to R -3, Restricted Apartment District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -2, Two Family Residential
District and M -1 -PD, Intermediate Industrial District with a Planned
Development overlay, to R -3, Restricted Apartment District, all the real
property situate within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, as described below:
Being Tract 4 - (CAL- 4895N, Area "C "), as described in that
certain Deed of Trust recorded March 31, 1955, in Book 7616,
Page 11, of the Official Records of Alameda County, Cali-
fornia, and more commonly known as "Parrot Village ".
SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 104 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shalt be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
