AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277 N.S.

From the R -5, General Apartment District to R -5 -PD,
General Apartment District with a Planned Development
overlay.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoninc from R -5, General Apartment District
to R -5 -PD, General Apartment District with a Planned Development overlay,
all the real property situate within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, as described below:
Plat of Encinal San Antonio
Map No. 2 Salt Marsh $ Tide Lands piece of land beginning at a
point on South line of Central Ave. South 88 East 319.17'
East from direct extention of West line of Webster as now exists

SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 105 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final
passage.
