AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION (c) OF SECTION 2 -355 RELATING TO FUNCTIONS
OF THE SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending subsection (c) of Section 2 -355 thereof to read:
Sec. 2 -355 Functions
(c) To facilitate the provisions of social services
in the community by informing private agencies of needs
and of areas of duplication of effort.
section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of March, 1979, by the following
