Ordinance 1959CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1959 New Series AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 1.2 -514 TO ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 5, OF TITLE XII THEREOF, REQUIRING A FIXED PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR SALE OF CERTAIN FOOD PRODUCTS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that: Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Section 12 -514 to Article 1, Chapter 5, of Title XII thereof, to read: Sec. 12 -514 Fixed Place of Business Required It shall be unlawful to peddle by hand or from a vehicle, or sell from other than a fixed place of business, any meat, meat food products, seafood or dressed poultry. Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
