AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN ME CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, NEW SERIES
Applicant: Terry Lufkin R -79 -4
Rezoning 2900 Central from R -1, Single Family Residential to R -1 -PD,
Single Family Residential Planned Development.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
Section 1 . Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from R -1, Single Family Residential
to R -1 -PD, Single Family Residential Planned Development, all the real
property situate within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, at 2900 Central Avenue.
Section 2 . The above amendment shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 112 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
o Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
