AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING
ARTICLE 7 OF CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE XIII THEREOF,
RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF WINDSHIELD STICKERS FOR
BUSINESS VEHICLES
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
the issuance of windshield stickers for business vehicles be
discontinued,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Article 7, Chapter 1, of Title XIII of the
Alameda Municipal Code, consisting of Sections 13 -171 thru
13 -176, be repealed.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.

in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 1979, by the following

ABSENT: None.
