AN ORDINANCE RFCLASSIFIYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, NEIV SERIES
Applicant: Alameda Marina Village Associates, R -79 -13
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALM4EDA as follows:
Sectio 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277 is hereby amended by
reclassifying and rezoning from R -1 (Single Family Residential District),
M -1 -PD (Intermediate Industrial Manufacturing combined with Planned Develop-
ment Overlay), R -6 -PD (Hotel - Apartment combined with Planned Development
Overlay), D1 -2 (General Industrial Manufacturing), and M -2 -G (General
Industrial Manufacturing with Government Overlay), to NX (;diced Use District)
an irregularly shaped site which includes part of the Oakland- Alameda Estuary
to the north, westerly of Sherman Street extended and Encinal Yacht Club, northerly
of the Alameda Belt Line Railroad from Sherman Street to the Alameda Outdoor
Theater, easterly of the Southern Pacific Railway roughly paralleling Webster
Street and ;Mariner Square Drive, and southeasterly of Barnhill Marina and
Mariner Square.
Section 2 . "he above amendment shall be kiown as and referred to as
