AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 11- 1379(a) THEREOF RELATING TO USES
REQUIRING USE PERMITS IN OPEN SPACE DISTRICTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Subsection (a) of Section 11 -1379 of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
Sec. 11 -1379 Uses Requiring Use Permits
(a) Any structure or building located within
areas described in Subsections (a), (b) and (c) of
Section 11 -1378.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
