AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1931 BY AMENDING SECTION 11 -14D9
OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM
CONVERSION FEES
WHEREAS, by its Ordinance No. 1931 N.S., passed
June 27, 1978, the City Council amended condominium
conversion application fees as set out in paragraph 4 of
Exhibit A (Planning Department Fee Schedule) attached
thereto; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 11 -14D9 of the Alameda Municipal Code,
setting out the fees to be charged for condominium conversion
applications was superseded by the fee schedule set out in
Ordinance No. 1931 N.S.; and
WHEREAS, said fee schedule has not been codified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Ordinance No. 1931 N.S. is hereby amended
by deleting paragraph 4 of Exhibit A attached thereto and
Section 11 -14D9 of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 11 -14D9 Fees A fee of $500 for engineering
and $100 for planning plus costs by the hour shall be paid by
every applicant for a conversion. A deposit for said costs
shall be required and set by the Planning Director and City

hourly rate exhausts said
deposit, another deposit shall
be made.
Section 2 This
ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30)

days from the date of its
final passage.
