AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SUBSECTION (6) TO SECTION 17 -335.1 THEREOF, RELATING
TO PARKING IN THE CITY EMPLOYEES' PARKING LOT BY
THE GENERAL PUBLIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding Subsection (6) to Section 17 -335.1 of Article 3, Chap-
ter 3, Title XVII thereof, to read:
Sec. 17- 335.1 City Employees' Parking Lot
(6) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained
in this section, the City employees' parking lot may be used
by the general public for parking purposes between the hours
of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, from
5:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday, and on City holidays.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be reviewed by the City
Council on July 15, 1980.
�. Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
