AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SUBSECTION (f) TO SECTION 2 -539 THEREOF TO CLARIFY
EMPLOYEES' NONENTITLEMENT TO SICK LEAVE FOR INJURY
ARISING IN COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT WITH CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding subsection (f) to Section 2 -539 thereof to read as
follows:
Sec. 2 -539 When Not Entitled to Sick Leave
(f) Injury or disability arising out of, or in the
course of such person's employment with the City.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.

Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
