AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE BY QUITCLAIM DEED OF A CERTAIN
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TO TERRY LUFKIN, SANDRA M.
HOWARD, JAMES F. HOWARD AND MORTIMER R. HOWARD
(10' P.U.E. EASEMENT LOCATED IN TRACT 4270)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The City of Alameda convey by quitclaim deed
to Terry Lufkin, Sandra M. Howard, James F. Howard and Mortimer
R. Howard that certain public utility easement located in the City
of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Reference is hereby made to that certain map
entitled "Tract 4270, Alameda, Alameda County, Cali-
fornia, etc." which was filed August 15, 1980, in Book
120 of Maps, pages 54 and 55, Alameda County Records.
All of that certain parcel of land designated
"Abandon Existing 10' P.U.E." on said map, being the
northeastern 10 feet of Lots 6 and 18 of said Tract
4270.
Section 2 . The Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Alameda, a quitclaim deed transferring to Terry Lufkin, Sandra M.
Howard, James F. Howard and Mortimer R. Howard any interest the
City of Alameda may have in the easement described above. The
E City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Ordinance was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in a special meeting assembled
on the 28th of October, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
