AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF ALN4EUA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, NEW SERIES
APPLICANT: Harbor Bay Isle Associates, R -80-2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
Sec 1 . Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277 N.S., is hereby amended
by reclassifying and rezoning all the real property situate within the City
of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, Tract 4500, Bay Farr,
Island, described as follows:
a. 17.7+ acres at the western tip of the Bay Farm Island Peninsula from
C -2 -PD to R -1 -PD.
b. 10.3+ acres along the bay edge southwest of the cove and south of
the Wyle "Case -C" 70 dB CNEL contour line from R -1 -PD to C -M -PD.
c. 24.7+ acres along Catalina Avenue near its current westerly terminus
and the Ratto Farm and north of the IVyle "Case -C" 70 dB CNEL contour
line from C -M -PD to R -1 -PD.
d. 5.8+ acres near the northeasterly corner of Tract 4500 from R- I- A -H -30
to C -i'+ PD, and an adjoining area of 6.5 acres from R- 1- A -I1 -20 to
C -M -PD.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
