AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE VICINITY
OF PARK STREET AND SAN JOSE AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Section 17 -342 (Two Hour Parking Limit) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by repealing subsection
(18) thereof and by adding subsection (53) thereto to read as
follows:
(53) Park Street, on the easterly side thereof,
between the southerly line of San Jose Avenue and a
point 146 feet southerly therefrom.
Section 2 . Section 17 -344.1 (Twenty-four Minute Parking
Limit) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding
subsection (33) thereto to read as follows:
(33) Park Street, on the westerly side thereof,
between the southerly line of San Jose Avenue and a
SS point 124 feet southerly therefrom.

effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from

Ordinance was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 26th of January, 1981, by the following vote,

President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Stone - 1.
