AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
ARTICLE 6 TO CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE II THEREOF RELATING
TO THE EFFECT OF MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING ON
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding Article 6 to Chapter 5 of Title II thereof to read:
Article 6 Effect of Memorandums of Understanding
Sec. 2 -561 Memorandums Govern The provisions of
this Chapter notwithstanding, the provisions of all valid
Memorandum of Understanding approved by the City Council
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on June 16, 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and Vice Mayor Sherratt - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica - 1
