AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH
PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY'S OFF- STREET
PARKING LOTS FOR MECHANICAL SWEEPING PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Section 17 -3725 to Article 7 of Chapter 3, Title XVII thereof,
to read:
iO Sec. 17- 3 Restrictions It shall be unlawful
to stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether
attended or unattended, between the hours of 5:00 a.m.
o and 7:00 a.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, at the
following locations:
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
city of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of January, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
