AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE XVII THEREOF
RELATING TO STOPPING AND PARKING REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Chapter 3 of Title XVII of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection (89) to Sec. 17 -333,
by adding Subsection (36) to Sec. 17 -344.1 and by amending Sub-
section (7) of Sec. 17 -364.1 thereof, to read:
Sec. 17 -333. All Time and Limited No Parking.
(89) Poggi Street, from the southerly line of Atlantic
Avenue to a point 85 feet south, on both sides of the
street.
Sec. 7.7- 344.1 Twenty -four Minute Parking Limit.
(36) Everett Street on the westerly side thereof,
between the northerly line of Clement Avenue and a point
42 feet northerly therefrom.
Sec. 17- 364.1 Maximum Parking Limits.
ONE HOUR
(7) Park Street (Central Avenue to Alameda Avenue)
(a) Park Street, on the westerly side thereof,
between the southerly line of Central Avenue and the
northerly line of Alameda Avenue.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
