AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH
TWO PARKING METERS AT 1647 PARK STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . Chapter 3 of Title XVII of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection (30) to Sec. 17 -364.1
(Two -Hour Parking Limit) thereof to read:
Sec. 17 364.1 Maximum Parking Limits
TWO HOURS
(30) Park Street (South from Buena Vista Avenue)
(a) Park Street, commencing at a point in the
west curb line of Park Street, 91 feet southerly of the
south curb line of Buena Vista Avenue and running thence
southerly 40 feet.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Ordinance was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 19th of January, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
