AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 6 -321 OF ARTICLE 2,
CHAPTER 3, OF TITLE VI THEREOF, TO CLARIFY THOSE
PARTIES REQUIRED TO PAY A SEWER SERVICE CHARGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending the first paragraph of Section 6 -321 of Article 2, Chap-
ter 3, of Title VI thereof, to read:
Sec 6 -321 Charge_ Imposed Every party in whose
name sewage disposal service of the East Bay Municipal
Utility District is granted shall pay a charge for sewer
service based upon the use of sewer facilities owned and
operated by the City in accordance with the following

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20the of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
