AMENDING SECTION 17 -•333 OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO RESTRICT PARKING IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
ON P:EBSTER STREET FROM 4:00 A.M. TO 6:00 A.M. AND
ON PARK STREET FROM 3:30 A.M. TO 5:30 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding subsections (93), (94) and (95) to Section 17 -333 (All
Time and Limited No Parking) thereof, to read:
(93) Webster Street, on both sides thereof,
from the southerly line of Atlantic Avenue to the
northerly line of Central Avenue, between the hours of
4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sundays and holidays excepted.
(94) Park Street, on the easterly side thereof,
from the southerly line of Blandina Avenue to the
northerly line of San Jose Avenue, between the hours
of 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., Sundays and holidays
excepted.
(95) Park Street, on the westerly side thereof,
from the southerly line of Blanding Avenue to a point
124 feet south of the southerly line of San Jose Avenue,
between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., Sundays
and holidays excepted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
