AMENDING CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1929 NEW
SERIES BY AMENDING EXHIBIT A THEREOF AND BY ADDING
EXHIBIT D THERETO RELATING TO FEES TO SUPPORT THE
COSTS OF A CENTRAL PERMIT OFFICE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Secti 1 . Ordinance No. 1929 N.S., which amended the
Alameda Municipal Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform
Buildina Code and the Plumbing Code by amending and /or establishing
certain fees and charges, is hereby amended by amending the Reroofing
Permit Fees listed in Exhibit A, under the Engineering Department,
to read:
Engineering
Departmen Reroofing Permit Fees $ 40.00
Sect 2. Ordinance No. 1929 N.S. is hereby amended by
adding Exhibit D thereto to establish a filing fee on building
permits and a fee on building and plumbing permits to support the
costs of a Central Permit Of£ice,as required by Section 65913.3
of the Government Code of the State of California
Sectio 3. The fees set out in said Exhibit D, attached a d in
hereto ncorporated herein as if set forth in full, are herby
established.
Section 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date
of its final passage.
