AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
TO PROVIDE FOR A MECHANICAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
INTERSECTION OF FOURTH STREET/BALLENA BOULEVARD
AND CENTRAL AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 17-442 (Mechanical Signals) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding subsection
(56) thereto, to read:
(56) Intersection of Fourth Street/Ballena Boulevard
and Central Avenue.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
