AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE TO
PROVIDE FOR A YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON PEACH STREET AT
CALHOUN STREET AND TO REMOVE THE YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
CALHOUN STREET AT PEACH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding Subsection (32) to Section 17-461 (Yield Right-of-Way
Intersections) thereof, to read:
(32) On Peach Street, at the northwesterly corner
of its intersection with Calhoun Street.
Section 2. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by repealing Subsection (11) of Section 17-461 (Yield Right-of-Way
Intersections).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date
of its final passage.
