AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
TO PROVIDE A TWO -HOUR TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING AT
1731 CLEMENT AVENUE, TO PROVIDE A TWO -HOUR TIME LIMIT
FOR PARKING NEAR ST. BARNABAS CHURCH AND SCHOOL, TO
ESTABLISH A YIELD RIGHT -OF -WAY ON WINDSOR DRIVE. AT ITS
INTERSECTION WITH HARVARD DRIVE AND TO PROHIBIT
VEHICLES WEIGHING MORE THAN 6000 POUNDS ON FERNSIDE
BOULEVARD FROM VERSAILLES AVENUE TO OTIS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 17 -342 (Two -Hour Parking Limit) of
the Alameda Punicipal Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection
(55) thereto to read:
(55) Clement Avenue, on the northerly side
thereof, between a point 28 feet easterly from the
easterly line of Minturn Street extended and a point 124
feet easterly therefrom.
Section 2 . Section 17 -342.2 (Two -Hour Parking Limit)
is hereby added to Article 4, Chapter 3, Title XVII, of the Alameda
Municipal Code to read:
Sec. 17- 342.2 Two -Hour Limit It shall be unlawful
for any person, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00
p.m. to park any vehicle or allow the same to remain
standing continuously for more than two hours, at any
of the places hereinafter mentioned in subdivisions of
this section:
1. Palace Court, on the northerly side thereof, between
the westerly line of Sixth Street and a point 102
feet westerly therefrom.
Sixth Street, on the easterly side thereof, between
the southerly line of Taylor Avenue and a point 106
feet southerly therefrom.
3. Taylor Avenue, on the southerly side thereof, between
the easterly line of Sixth Street and a point 68 feet
easterly therefrom.
Section 3 . Section 17 -461 (Yield Right -of -Way Intersec-
tions) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding
Subsection (33) thereto to read:

(33) On Windsor Drive at the northeasterly and
southwesterly corners of its intersection with Harvard
Drive.

Section 4. Section 17 -551 (Vehicles Exceeding Stated
Weight Prohibited) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending Subsection (12) thereof to read:
(12) Fernside Boulevard, from Versailles Avenue
to Otis Drive.
Section 5 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
