AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 17 -461 THEREOF TO ESTABLISH YIELD RIGHT - OF -WAY
ON JACKSON STREET AT COURT STREET AND ON FOUNTAIN
STREET AT JACKSON STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that.
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding subsections (34) and (35) to Section 17 -461 (Yield
Right - -of -way Intersections) thereof, to read:
(34) On Jackson Street at the northeasterly
and southwesterly corners of its intersection
with Court Street.
(35) On Fountain Street at the northwesterly
and southeasterly corners of its intersection
with Jackson Street.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date
Of its final passage.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of May, 1983,
