APPOINTING MARGUERITE M. MALLOY AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, MARGUERITE M. MALLOY is hereby appointed to the
office of member of the Civil Service Board of the City of Alameda to fill the
unexpired term of Jose Villaflor commencing on September 20, 2011, and
expiring on June 30, 2014, and to serve until her successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 20th day of September, 2011, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, and Tam — 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Gilmore and Councilmember Johnson - 2
ABSTENTIONS: None.
