provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of

Kohlstrand Parsons for the term commencing February 7, 2012, and expiring on June
30, 2013, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 7th day of February, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
