Resolution 14665CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 14665 RECLASSIFYING DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY! POSITION TO ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY!! POSITION WHEREAS, current operational needs of the City Attorney's Office require that all in -house attorneys have expertise in a variety of legal areas and are experienced in managing complex and diverse matters; and WHEREAS, one position in the City Attorney's Office is designed for a o• relatively new lawyer who would require training. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the one authorized Deputy City Attorney 1 position be reclassified to an 4T Assistant City Attorney!! position. 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of April, 2012, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Tam and Mayor Gilmore — 4.
