Councilmember Johnson moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor Bonta seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote — 5.

(12 -376) Recommendation to Find that Target Corporation is a Qualified Developer
Pursuant to the Alameda Landing Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA), and
Consent to the Partial Assignment and Assumption Agreement (Disposition and
Development Agreement (Alameda Landing Mixed Use Commercial Project) — Portion
of Parcel 2), and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Required Documents.
Accepted. [City Acting as Successor Agency to the Community Improvement
Commission]; and
