AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 14637 TO ADD JULY 24, 2012
AS A REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, Section 3-7 (B) of the City Charter of the City of Alameda

requires that the City Council hold regular meetings in the calendar year as
77 fixed by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No 14637 was adopted on December 20, 2012
— E setting the regular City Council meeting dates; and
WHEREAS, the Government Code Section 36934 requires Introduction
of Ordinances at Regular Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA THAT:
Section 1. A regular City Council meeting shall be scheduled for July
24, 2012.
Section 2. The meeting shall convene at 7:00 p.m.
Section 3. Notice of the date and time of the meeting is hereby given,
and the City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directed to give further or
additional notice of the meetings, in the time form and manner as required by
law.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a
regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of July, 2012, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
