REAPPOINTING BILL SCHMITZ AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
eu BILL SCHMITZ is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Golf
Sections 2 -9.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
'Commission of the City of Alameda, fora term commencing October 16, 2012, and
xpiring on June 30, 2013, and to serve until his successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 16th of October, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, and
Mayor Gilmore — 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Tam - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
