REAPPOINTING JANE SULLWOLD AS A MEMBER
OF THE CITY GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Sections
9.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JANE SULLWOLD
is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Golf Commission of the City o
Alameda, fora term commencing October 16, 2012, and expiring on June 30, 2013, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of October, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, and
Mayor Gilmore — 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Tam - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
