APPOINTING JENNIFER WILLIAMS AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination by the
Mayor, JENNIFER WILLIAMS is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social
Service Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda, to fill the unexpired term o
Rebecca Holder, commencing October 16, 2012, and expiring on June 30, 2014, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of October, 2012, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Johnson, and
Mayor Gilmore — 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Tam - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
