Note: Councilmember Johnson arrived at 6:05 p.m. and Vice Mayor Bonta
arrived at 6:17 p.m.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to closed session to consider:

Following the closed session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Kapler v. City of Alameda, direction was given to staff;
regarding Gallant v. City of Alameda, direction was given to staff; and regarding Doherty
v. City of Alameda, direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
