APPOINTING CATHY NIELSEN AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of. the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination by the Mayor, CATHY NIELSEN is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Social Service Human Relations Board of the City of, Alameda, to
fill the unexpired term of Amanda Flores- Witte, commencing October 3, 2006, and
expiring on June 30, 2007, and to serve until her successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the Regular Meeting of the City
Council on the 3rd day of October 2006, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese and Mayor
Johnson - 5.
