APPOINTING JOSEPH S. RESTAGNO AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 2-
7.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JOSEPH S.
RESTAGNO is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Recreation and Park
Commission of-the City of Alameda commencing on November 21, 2006 and expiring on
September 30, 2010, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 21st day of November 2006, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
