APPOINTING GAIL A. WETZORK AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, GAIL A. WETZORK is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library
Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing July 1, 2008, and expiring on June
30, 2012, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of July, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
