APPOINTING KATHY L. MOEHRING AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
(BUSINESS DISTRICT SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
provisions of Section 2-8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, KATHY L. MOEHRING is hereby appointed to the office of member of
the Transportation Commission, Business District Seat, of the City of Alameda for
a term commencing on July 1, 2008, and expiring on June 30, 2012, and to serve
until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of July, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
