APPOINTING DONNA MILGRAM AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2 -14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No.
12149, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DONNA MILGRAM is hereby appointed
to the office of Community -At -Large Member of
the Econom
c Development
Commission of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of ARTHUR
ARTURINO for the term commencing August 5, 2008, and expiring on August 31,
2009, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 5th day of August, 2008, by the following vote to wit:
