APPOINTING ARDELLA DAILEY AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination by the Mayor, ARDELLA DAILEY is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Social Service Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda, to
fill the remainder of the unexpired term of Stuart Chen and a full term,
commencing March 17, 2009, and expiring on June 30, 2013.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 17th day of March, 2009, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers deHaan, Gilmore, Matarrese, Tam,
and Mayor Johnson - 5
