APPOINTING DENNIS H. VIEHWEG AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
(COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE SEAT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-14.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code and Resolution No.
12149, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DENNIS H. VIEHWEG is hereby
appointed to the office of Community-at-Large member of the Economic
Development Commission of the City of Alameda, to fill the unexpired term of
Robert Kelly commencing April 21, 2009, and expiring on August 31, 2013 and
that Economic Development Commission Member Lorre Zuppan will now fill the
Marine/Waterfront seat.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda during the Regular
Meeting of the City Council on the 21st day of April, 2009, by the following vote to wit:

and Mayor Johnson - 5.
