REAPPOINTING ROBERT L. McFARLAND AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to provisions
of Section 2 -8 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
ROBERT L. McFARLAND is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the
Transportation Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 5, 2006
and expiring on June 30, 2010 and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the Regular Meeting of the City
Council on the 5th day of July 2006, by the following vote to wit:
