REAPPOINTING MARC A. LAMBERT AS A MEMBER OF
BAY AREA LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM (BALIS)
ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
requirements of the California Library Services Act of 1977, and upon nomination of the
Library Board of the City of Alameda, Marc A. Lambert is hereby reappointed a member
of the Bay Area Library and Information System (BALIS) Advisory Board for a two-year
term ending June 30, 2006.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 15th day of June, 2004, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese,
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
