APPOINTING MARGARET McNAMARA AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, MARGARET
McNAMARA is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of the City of
Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Ronald Rossi for the term commencing March 2, 2004 and
expiring on June 30, 2005 and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 2nd day of March, 2004, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese,
and Mayor Johnson - 5.
NOES: None.
