ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE REST ROOM RECONSTRUCTION., NO. P.W.
10-89-16, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the Alameda
Municipal Golf Course Restroom Reconstruction, No. P.W. 10-89-16,
have been prepared by the City Engineering Department and are now
ready for adoption by the City Council prior to calling for bids;
and
WHEREAS, the project consists of the demolition and
replacement of three restrooms; and
WHEREAS, a use permit, UP-89-17 was approved by the
Planning Board on November 27, 1989 with two conditions as part of
the design review: (1) a landscape plan and (2) a proposed color
palette be provided; and
WHEREAS, landscaping will be performed by golf course
maintenance staff, and painting of the restrooms will be included
in the within contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said specifications be, and the same are, hereby
approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Plans.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of -
December , 1989, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Candela, Withrow and President Corica - 4,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Thomas - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None,
