APPROVING FINAL MAP, BOND, AND SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT
FOR TRACT 6226 (NEIGHBORHOOD "A" VILLAGE V, HARBOR BAY ISLE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of
the Alameda Municipal Code, Harbor Bay Isle Village V Associates,
a California limited partnership, owner and subdivider herein, have
prepared and presented to this Council the Final Map of the
Subdivision known as Tract 6226; and
WHEREAS, Tract 6226 consists of 88 residential lots and
3 common areas, lagoon (identified as Block "A "), and Shoreline
Park (identified as Block "B "); and
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract 6226 is based on the
Vesting Tentative Map 5905 approved by the City Council on April
4, 1989, by Resolution No. 11691; and
WHEREAS, the description and map have been reviewed and
found to be adequate and the existing Final Environment Impact
Report for Harbor Bay Isle has been certified by the City Council
on March 4, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the agreement for construction and completion of
the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and
conditions be, and hereby are,: approved, and the City Manager and
the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest
to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that improvements include: storm
drains, sanitary sewers, pavement, utilities, landscaping,
irrigation, grading, traffic signing, striping and a pump station.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the total sum
of $1,697,000 guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the
subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, are
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of
May , 1990, by the following vote to wit:
