APPROVING FINAL MAP, BOND AND SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT
FOR TRACT 6147 (HARBOR BAY VILLAGE FIVE).
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3,
the Alameda Municipal Code, Harbor Bay Isle Village V
a California limited partnership, owner and subdivider
prepared and presented to this Council the Final
Subdivision known as Tract 6147; and

Associates,
herein, have
Map of the
WHEREAS, Tract 6147 consists of 145 residential lots, a
portion of the ferry terminal, lagoon, common areas and private
streets; (identified as Block A through J): and
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract 6147 is based on the
Vesting Tentative Map Tract 5905 approved by the City Council on
April 4, 1989; by Resolution No 11691; and
WHEREAS, the description and map have been reviewed and
found to be adequate and the existing Final Environment Impact
Report for Harbor Bay Isle has been certified by the City Council
on March 4, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the agreement for construction and completion of
the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and
conditions be, and hereby are, approved, and the City Manager and
the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest
to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that improvements include: storm
drains, sanitary sewers, pavement, utilities, landscaping,
irrigation, grading and traffic signing and striping.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the condition that the Final
Map not be recorded until Condition 2.1.4, Phase IV Portion of
Shoreline Park, of the Development Agreement, relating to offer of
Shoreline Dedication and City and San Francisco Bay Conservation
Development Commission (BCDC) plan approval is obtained.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the total sum
of $1,437,000 guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the
subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, are
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of June , 1990 by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

None.
